    Change Management Manager/Senior Manager

    • Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila

    In this position within our T&O practice, you will:

    • Identify stakeholders' challenges and develop Change Management strategies.
    • Utilize social and digital technologies for enhanced communication.
    • Support clients in building change capabilities and promoting agility.
    • Lead Change adoption initiatives including baselining, measurement, Digital training, and Communications.
    • Champion digital transformation, culture shift, and overall change adoption.
    • Collaborate with a diverse, international team to contribute to practice development.

    Your Background:

    • 7 to 10 years of experience in change management.
    • Specialization in end-to-end change programs, particularly in technology-driven changes.
    • Techno-functional proficiency in implementing cloud-based systems.
    • Ability to communicate business value, analyze data, and utilize digital tools.
    • Proficient in managing stakeholders in a multicultural and global setting.

    Additional:

    • Experience in Digital transformation and RPA implementation is a plus.
