- A graduate of any 4 years course related to Accounting or Finance (CPA license is a plus)
- 1 year solid Australian accounting experience
- With comprehensive experience using Xero, Sage, and supplementary tools like Vend, Dext (Receipt Bank), etc. Xero certification is a plus
- Handled several BAS/IAS and individual tax return preparation tasks
- Experience in AU full-charged bookkeeping is preferred but not required.
- Employee work set-up will be working onsite in our office in IT Park, Cebu City
- Prepare financial statements and income tax returns,
- Sound knowledge of Depreciation Schedules, STP Finalization, FBT, and TPAR for different entities (Companies/Partnerships/Sole Traders/Individuals/Trusts) is a big yes
- Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS)
- Create and maintain workflow reports for assigned clients
- Good understanding of Australian taxation and any accounting standard
- Handle a good number of client accounts at a time
- Reconciliation of the client's accounts
- Closely collaborate with the clients and the onshore team
