About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager who knows how to balance structure with culture and compliance with care. In this role, you will lead all HR functions—from recruitment and training to employee relations, compensation, and labor compliance—while helping build a workplace where people can do their best work.

What You'll Be Doing:
1. Strategic Human Resource Management
- Lead and manage the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workforce strategies aligned with company goals
- Ensure fair compensation, benefits administration, and policy consistency across the organization
- Support organizational design by defining job roles, responsibilities, and workflow structures
- Act as a trusted HR partner to management and employees
2. Recruitment, Hiring & Training
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection, including managerial and key positions
- Manage talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain high-performing employees
- Design and implement training and development programs to improve employee performance and engagement
- Conduct training needs analysis and support initiatives such as leadership development, language training, and workplace safety
3. Performance Management & Employee Relations
- Administer and improve the performance management system to support employee growth and accountability
- Handle employee relations concerns, conflict resolution, and grievance management professionally
- Lead HR investigations and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Ensure full compliance with labor standards, DOLE regulations, and workplace policies
4. Compensation, Benefits & HR Compliance
- Review and enhance salary structures, benefits programs, and incentives to remain competitive
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and reports (hiring, transfers, appraisals, attendance)
- Interpret and implement employment contracts, HR policies, and legal requirements
- Provide guidance on equal employment opportunity, code of conduct, and workplace ethics
5. HR Operations, Culture & Engagement
- Streamline HR processes and systems for efficiency and consistency
- Lead employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive Day 1 experience
- Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives
- Promote employee engagement, CSR programs, and a positive workplace culture
- Advocate for health, safety, and wellness standards across the organization
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–5 years of HR Manager or senior HR experience, preferably in the trade industry
- Strong working knowledge of recruitment, training and development, employee relations, compensation, and HR compliance
Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in HR leadership and people management
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally
