This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mandaue. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations while implementing HR policies and practices. This role involves maintaining compliance with labor laws, managing employee benefits, performance reviews, and addressing workplace concerns. Additionally, the HR Manager will develop training programs, foster employee engagement, and support organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
Expertise in recruitment, hiring processes, and employee onboarding
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR policies
Experience in performance management, training, and employee development
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in human resources management roles is an asset
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
