    The Marketing Director will oversee the functions and Demand Generation and Sales Enablement, Brand, and Marketing Operations. The prime focus will be to develop and implement an overarching marketing strategy that stimulates business growth and position BOSS in the future of the work arena.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Strategy savant: with a passion for corporate strategy, lead the development of an overarching marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and seamless collaboration with the Business Development, Operations, and Recruitment teams.


    • Building a world-class team: grow, guide and inspire a high-performance marketing team across multiple disciplines, including demand generation, branding, and marketing operations.


    • Driving demand: with knowledge of industry trends for demand generation you'll oversee our demand generation and account-based marketing programs with ultimate responsibility for delivering programs measured against a monthly target.


    • Differentiated product marketing: with a sound understanding of positioning, go-to-market and product-marketing-centric approach where we will focus on the growth of our market-leading segments.


    • Develop, execute, and iterate the marketing strategy (offline and online) for the brand as well as for BOSS' suite of service solution products.


    • Building a framework for campaign development and launching of BOSS' services based on business goals.


    • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. Supporting Business Development and lead generation efforts through different marketing channels.


    • Responsible for content strategy and ownership of all owned online channels such as social media and the corporate website.


    • Coordinating marketing campaigns with Business Development activities, monitor campaign performance, and iterate strategy accordingly to increase marketing efficiency. Communicating marketing plans across the necessary stakeholders (commercial and finance).


    • Overseeing the Company's marketing budget.


    • Responsible for BOSS brand positioning in the market. Ensuring all owned touchpoints are appropriately and sufficiently branded according to guidelines.


    • Accountable for brand management and trademark identity.


    • Manage, supervise, and partially execute all phases of market research studies: proposal, design, programming, analysis, report writing, and presentation.


    • Market analyst: customer needs, competitor's strengths, and weaknesses. Makes use of competitor analysis and market trend information to develop marketing and product strategy.


    • Develop messaging and value propositions that resonate with our target audience.


    • Design and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns to attract key decision-makers in our category and industry.


    • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyze data, and provide regular reports to the leadership team, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


    • Proven experience of at least 12+ year(s) in strategic marketing leadership roles.


    • Extensive knowledge of the B2B marketing landscape, branding, demand generation, marketing operations, and sales enablement.


    • Strong leadership and team management skills.


    • Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and budget management skills.


    • Overseas/regional role exposure, marketing to countries like the US, UK, NZ, and other parts of the EU.


    • Been through the journey of a fast-growing startup or technology business.


    • Willing to work on-site (probationary period) - Headquarters: San Pablo City, Laguna.


    • Can work on a shifting schedule.
