- Make outgoing calls to find new call centres
- Provide accurate and timely information to management based on calls made
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, market research, and other strategies
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on client feedback
- Follow scripts or guidelines provided by the company to maintain consistency and convey key messages
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in databases or CRM systems
- Work closely with one of the directors to discuss daily reporting and updates
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years experience as Client Service Manager in a BPO Setting.
- Experience with cold calling
- Experience with research and maintaining databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project and time management skills
- With great voice and accent to be able to work with UK clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work in the afternoon shift (shift starts at 5 pm)
