- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key accounts and market segments.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities for solar solutions, including new markets and account expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technical, finance) to ensure sales strategies are aligned with company objectives.
- Open or source potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a technical advisor.
- Address customer needs and challenges with tailored solar solutions.
- Drive customer retention and expand business within assigned accounts.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in leadership role
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in renewable energy, solar, or technical solutions
- Leadership and coaching skills to manage and develop BDOs effectively
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiation skills to secure deals and maintain long-term partnerships
- Technical knowledge of solar products , systems, and solutions
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, forecasting, and market analysis
- Analytical ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field, preferably a licensed engineer.
