    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business objectives, pain points, and service requirements.
    • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions that address client needs effectively.
    • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that highlight the benefits of our managed services offering.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic sales initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Having an ITIL background and/or certification is a plus
    • Proven experience in presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles within the IT industry.
    • Deep understanding of Call Center technologies, processes, and best practices.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
    • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, businessoriented solutions.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and a customercentric mindset.
    • Proactive, selfmotivated, and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Proficient in English both written and verbal
    • Excellent presentation skills
