- Collect and enter data into internal systems and databases, ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, taking corrective action as needed.
- Ensure accurate and detailed record-keeping in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Oversee activity in shared inboxes, utilizing templates to respond to inquiries and escalating complex questions as necessary.
- Participate in special projects as assigned, providing administrative support as needed.
- Handle candidate communication on an as-needed basis, maintaining professionalism and timely responses.
- Collaborate with the Compliance and Onboarding team to ensure timely completion of candidate onboarding.
- Continually evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Actively monitor the Jobvious admin portal for chat messages and respond accordingly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quality-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, communications, or related field preferred; or applicable years of experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional administrative or service experience, including previous internship experience.
