    This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, Mid-shift.

    This is an office-based position in Cebu City.

    The expected start date is March 2024.

    About The Role

    In the role of a Sales Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to the sales team by managing a variety of administrative tasks. Your assistance will help ensure that the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be an integral part of the sales department and your support will be essential in helping the sales professionals to acquire new customers and meet their revenue targets. To excel in this position, you must possess strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Administrative Dynamo: You will be responsible for performing general administrative duties that keep our sales team organized and on track. This includes drafting documents, managing calendars, and organizing meetings. Your impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that our sales team operates efficiently and effectively
    • Sales Jedi: You will coordinate sales activities and be a key player in the preparation of sales proposals and demonstrations. Your ability to gather and present information effectively will empower our sales team to showcase our products and services with confidence, leaving a lasting impression on potential clients
    • Customer Champion: As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, you will handle incoming queries, provide product information, and assist with order processing. Your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge will help create positive customer experiences and foster long-lasting relationships
    • CRM Wizard: You will manage and maintain customer records and sales data in our CRM system. Your meticulousness in updating and organizing customer information will enable our sales team to have a comprehensive understanding of our customer base, leading to more targeted strategies and successful sales campaigns
    • Market Research Maverick: You will assist in market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities. By keeping a finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor activities, you will help our sales team stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on emerging prospects
    • Collaborative Dynamo: Effective communication and coordination are essential in a thriving sales environment. You will collaborate closely with our sales team and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Your ability to foster strong working relationships and bridge gaps between teams will be instrumental in achieving collective goals

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
    • At least 3 years of work experience in sales administration or support role is an advantage
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage time effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent verbal and written English and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
