    Grails and Build Corp (GAB Corp) is currently looking for a Sales Associate that will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives. This role involves a combination of sales, promotional activities, market research, and customer relationship management to bring in more projects. If you are passionate about what you do, have an inner drive to succeed, and a desire to learn and grow from your experiences, then this is now your opportunity to step up to a challenge.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, and competitor activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales roles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
    • Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, manage time well and can work in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Time management and organizational abilities.
    • Willing to work in a Contractual employment (5 months).
    • Strong communication skills with concise and clarity.
    • Pleasing personality
    • Preferably near or residing in Quezon City.

    Additional Information
    • The office location is in Pasong Tamo, Quezon City.
