In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth by bringing new clients on board with the Buildit platform.

    What You'll Do:

    • Prospect and qualify leads within the construction industry (general contractors, subcontractors, builders, etc.)
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges
    • Educate prospects on the benefits of using the Buildit marketplace, highlighting cost savings, efficiency gains, and product variety
    • Deliver impactful presentations showcasing the Buildit platform and its value proposition
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients
    • Maintain and update your sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies

    What You Bring:

    • Ideally has had 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction industry. Fresh graduates with strong track record of leadership and academic performance are also welcome to apply.
    • A proven track record of exceeding goals and building strong stakeholder relationships
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Deep understanding of the construction industry and its supply chain challenges a plus
    • A self-motivated and results-oriented work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
    • Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable using online communication tools is a plus
    • Willing to work in a hybrid setup days onsite)
    • Willing to work in Quezon City.
    • Willing to travel, depending on the requirements.
