    We are in search of an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our expanding team. This team member will play a crucial role in handling business and administrative tasks for the organization, contributing to the efficient operational client workflows.

    Responsibilities

    Serve as the main point of contact for client-related tasks, concentrating on lead generation, business development, and digital marketing. This involves conducting market research on competitors, collaborating with the client to establish clear sales objectives, KPIs, and timelines, pursuing potential leads, providing proof of payment for closed sales, utilizing various channels (email, calls, SMS, social media) to engage and close prospective sales, and implementing requested sales strategies while offering feedback for improvement. Additionally, responsible for implementing and managing the sales process to effectively track and close leads. Other tasks may be assigned.

    This remote position offers work from home flexibility from Monday to Friday during office hours, with an hourly rate and commissions based on meeting targets. While initially part-time, it has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain positive relationships with customers
    • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms, including advanced proficiency in G Suite (with an understanding of core features and functions in Docs, Slides and Sheets)
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently, with minimal supervision
    • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service and support, meeting established customer satisfaction goals.
    • Proactive in responding in a timely manner
    • Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple priorities
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is a plus
