- Ensure prompt and accurate pre-screening of applications submitted by the sales team, emphasizing efficiency in processing.
- Execute timely and effective communication, including the swift dispatch of Notices of Approval, and adeptly manage the loan signing process with clients.
- Facilitate the timely issuance of bank guarantees, proficiently prepare accounts for annotation, and endorse accounts for booking in an efficient manner.
- Punctually and accurately prepare loan and mortgage documents based on the approved Credit Approval Memo (CAM) before the actual booking of accounts, emphasizing efficiency throughout the process.
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
- Possesses strong communication abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Exhibits a willingness to learn, meticulous attention to detail, and self-driven motivation, thriving in a minimum supervision environment.
- Willingness to render overtime as needed to meet business demands.
- Demonstrates the commitment and flexibility to work onsite as required by the position.
