    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 – 2015 and professional procurement processes.
    • Purchase outside machining, weld/fabrication, cables, and OEM electrical components.
    • Conduct strategic sourcing and vendor quote requests.
    • Ethically manage buying process with target pricing, quality, and delivery targets.
    • Collaborate with Project Manager and departments to optimize supply base value.
    • Negotiate contracts and identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Manage schedule changes and remediation plans efficiently.
    • Maintain consistent supplier relationship approach.
    • Adhere to company guidelines and purchasing policies.
    • Prepare purchase orders aligned with negotiations and requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with Import/Export rules and regulations.
    • Perform assigned duties.

    Requirements:

    • Strong technical purchasing expertise in global supply chain management.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in logistics, insurance, and international transactions.
    • Proficient in Risk Management and Supplier Development.
    • Familiarity with Trade agreements and Import/Export regulations.
    • Ability to problem solve collaboratively and add value.
    • Knowledge of purchasing and sourcing concepts.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and sales database products.
