    As the Manager of Customer Enablement - Learning Center , you will partner with various key stakeholders to create and optimize our new customer learning portal. Ideally, you have been a key member of Customer Success or Sales Enablement at a high-growth SaaS company. You and your team will be responsible for building/enhancing our Customer Learning portal, developing programs that are aimed at reducing customer onboarding timelines and increasing customer product knowledge.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Align with key stakeholders across various functions to build a learning portal and program for our customer
    • Own the Strategy for customer learning across all segments and regions - gap analysis on current learning ,implementation of solutions, and language expansion
    • Build and manage a team of enablement specialists to run the Customer Learning Portal, it's content, best practices and certification programs.
    • Define requirements for self-paced learning curriculums
    • Continue to have the customer experience top of mind, working on functionality and workflow enhancements based on direct feedback.
    • Work cross-functionally with strategic and technical colleagues to accomplish customer goals.
    • Create and manage a customer badging/certification program

    Key Skills And Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in a fast-growing company direct experience with SaaS products, solutions, or ecosystems preferred.
    • 5+ year customer-facing experience as a success and learning leader, including people management.
    • Expert in driving results and outcomes while solving complex business problems.
    • Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Written samples may be requested.
    • Ability to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the software.
    • Experience making data driven decisions and strategies to position current initiatives and future priorities
    • Knowledge of SaaS post-sale support motion and technical curiosity is a plus.
    • Team and goal-oriented.
