- Procure medical supplies, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement processes
- Maintain accurate records of medical supplies inventory and track usage to ensure adequate stock levels
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and terms, ensuring the best value for the organization
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify supply needs and ensure timely delivery of supplies
- Process accounts payable transactions using QuickBooks Desktop, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles
- Reconcile vendor invoices and statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting as needed
- Utilize tools such as Google Sheets (Excel) and Cin7 to manage inventory and financial data effectively
- Prior experience in medical supplies procurement is essential
- Some experience in accounts payable, preferably using QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, preferably Cin7
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations is a plus
