    About Our Client

    The client is a growing multinational company with a commercial and shared services operations in the Philippines.

    Job Description

    • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
    • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports
    • Advise managers on possible course of action
    • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
    • Coordinate and complete annual audits
    • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
    • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
    • Manage the preparation of the company's budget
    • Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
    • Improve systems and procedures
    • People management

    The Successful Applicant

    • At least 7 to 12 years of experience in general accounting and finance
    • At least 5 years of experience in a people management function
    • CPA preferred, but not required
    • Experience with accounting systems (ERP)
