    Job Description

    The Center for Leadership and Change, Inc. (FranklinCovey Philippines) is looking for a Client Development Associate for Public. He / She is responsible for maintaining and developing CLCI accounts through telemarketing.

    Responsibilities:

    · Build a robust sales pipeline through phone calls / email messages to generate sales for FranklinCovey public programs

    · Close sales and exceed his/her specific individual annual/monthly sales targets

    · Can clearly explain the benefits of FranklinCovey programs, processes, products, and services

    · Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account is maintained and actively sending participants in FranklinCovey's public programs

    · Provide general administrative support (when needed) to the Public Workshop Team to ensure smooth delivery of programs

    · Ensure an updated CRM (Salesforce) database

    Minimum Qualifications:

    · Confident and driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Strong work ethic

    · An avid learner – has the ability and passion to learn new systems, products, and processes

    · One year of sales experience and/or equivalent transferable skills

    · Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

    Salary Range:

    · 20,000.00 – 25,000.00 Philippine Pesos per month (Please apply only if you are comfortable with the starting rate)
