- Review rental or leasing applications to determine a tenant's ability to adhere to standards devised by the property owners.
- Oversee trademark filings and enforce intellectual property rights.
- Research state licenses and gather relevant information and documentation necessary to ensure compliance with licensing guidelines.
- Negotiate licensing agreements with third-party partners.
- Work with clients and internal teams to prepare and process licensing approvals.
- Monitor usage of licensed intellectual property to ensure ongoing compliance with agreements.
- Review contracts and provide guidance on licensing and property-related legal documents.
- At least 1 year of experience in licensing and property management.
- A degree in Real Estate, Paralegal, Business Law, Intellectual Property Law, or a related field is preferable.
- A proven track record of navigating licensing agreements and managing intellectual property rights.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Suites and Property Management Software Tools (Avail, Buildium, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good to excellent written and verbal communication skills
