Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth & Market Expansion Develop and execute regional growth strategies focused on revenue market share and customer satisfaction Identify and secure new business opportunities across selected territories Maintain convert a robust pipeline of qualified prospects Customer Relationship Management Build sustain long term relationships with key accounts prospects Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance uncover growth opportunities Ensure customer feedback captured acted upon across business units Sales Execution & Profitability Negotiate secure new accounts cross sell TR products promote TR value proposition Monitor customer margin levels implement pricing strategies ensure profitability Collaborate internal teams deliver tailored solutions high service levels Contract Pricing Management Lead contract negotiations manage customer agreements Implement price adjustments line market conditions company policy Respond sales inquiries timely effective solutions Market Intelligence Product Positioning Analyze market trends competitor activity inform product development sales strategy Maintain up date knowledge TRs product portfolio sales tools Provide insights support innovation customer centric offerings
