    The responsibilities associated with this position include:

    Assist and support the Finance Business Partner Team in the:

    Operational Finance

    • Ensures support to the OCOO on budget and cost control, analysis and monitoring
    • Acts as coordinator for budget (annual, mid-year, ad hoc) preparations and requirements of the OCOO divisions/departments/cost centers for consolidation with Corporate Finance (CF)
    • Leads in cost optimization efforts across OCOO
    • Provides assistance in business case development (OPEX and CAPEX) of the OCOO units
    • Reviews, recommends and monitors Spare Parts Optimization and other Operations and Supply Management collaborations
    • Lends assistance on financial review and analysis to Operation's Asset Aging and Inventory works including applicable systems
    • Identifies and resolves issues that are Operational Finance in nature or recommends to the COO, where applicable
    • Develops, disseminates and implements policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations in Operational Finance or recommends improvement to existing 2Ps

    Business Process Improvement:

    • Conducts process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, process waste and opportunities for optimization.
    • Designs, implements, and documents improved processes that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness to quickly respond to changing business or operational requirements (agility)
    • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for process changes.
    • Processes rollout (for new and revised processes) in collaboration with the Change Management team where applicable
    • Monitors the execution of new and/or revised critical processes and initiates feedback on sustainability or opportunities for improvement
    • Designs, implements, and documents improved processes that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness to quickly respond to changing business or operational requirements (agility)
    • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for process changes.

    Lean Six Sigma Program:

    • Champions the Lean Six Sigma philosophy and drives its integration into business processes.
    • Leads and guides Green Belts and Black Belts in the implementation of process improvement projects
    • Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

    Project Management Office (PMO):

    • Manages project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
    • Establishes and maintains a robust PMO framework, including standardized project methodologies, templates, and tools for organizational initiatives monitoring and reporting
    • Monitors multiple project performance (i.e. ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards) and provides insightful reports to stakeholders.
    • Collaborates with its identified project lead and stakeholders to manage the project portfolio
    • Serves as the source of documentation, guidance, and metrics on the practice of project management and execution in the company
    • Benchmarks with other organizations to continuously improve the existing processes.
