Trainer

• About XtendOps Trainer

As the Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide outstanding customer experiences.

• Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with company objectives and enhance the skills of our customer service representatives.
• Facilitation: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees, covering product knowledge, customer service techniques, and relevant industry updates.
• Training Evaluation: Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and making continuous improvements.
• Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and other departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are equipped for success from day one.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance training content and methodologies.
• Documentation: Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation to support ongoing learning initiatives.

Required Skills

• Training Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a customer service or contact center environment.
• Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of customer service principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Training Program Design: Curriculum design and content development.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in using training software and multimedia tools.

Additional Desired Skills

• Familiarity of the BPO/CXaaS industry trends and best practices.
• Relevant certifications in Training Delivery and Facilitation.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training methods.
• Knowledge of customer experience metrics and training delivery processes.
• Familiarity with contact center technologies and CRM systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Proven ability to bring innovative and creative solutions to training delivery challenges.
• Minimum Hiring Requirements
• At least 3 years of related working experience in a BPO setting
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training delivery
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering effective training programs
• Good track record of meeting and delivering targets
• Can articulate self well with peers, subordinates, superiors, and clients
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and LMS tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000 - Php40,000 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
