    • Verify doctor's information through calling and researching;
    • Research on health plans and accurately enter verification points on a given template
    • Categorize verification points accordingly
    • Accurately input information based on verification doneQualifications:
    • At least 6 months to 1 year experience in Inbound/Outbound campaigns in a BPO setting
    • Competent collaborations skills
    • Above average write and oral communication skills (American or neutral accent);
    • Strong proficiency in Window OS, Microsoft Office applications, and CRM-Able to multitask and manage stress effectively
    • Willing to work on a project
