    • KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Assets, Furniture and Equipment Monitoring
    • Assists in the process of assets, furniture, and equipment monitoring such as documentation of assets request, creation of Asset Memorandum Receipt (AMR), and verification of item description and specification of newly purchased item from Purchase Order Form.
    • Process the items for transfer and return to monitor the movement
    • Ensure proper turnover of all items to Subdivision Administrator, Project Engineer and Project Development personnel in site offices
    • Participate in site inspection to record all items subject for accountability
    • Implement barcode systems in all accountable items
    • Process all items for repair such as monitoring of defect items, scheduling of repair, and processing of payment of repaired items.
    • Process all items for selling and disposal
    • Generate summary of report of assets, furniture, and equipment monitoring
    • Others
    • Issuance of desktop and/or laptop to newly hired employees.
    • Monitor the movement of company desktop and ensure that it is properly accounted.
    • Ensure all accountabilities of separated employees are properly turnover to his/her replacement and/or immediate superior.
    • Process vehicle approval and PR request on SAP.
    • Administer 5S+S to monitor the cleanliness of work station of the employees.
    • Assists in the Archives and Records Management through scanning and indexing the archival records.
    • Process the equipment and room reservation.
    • Assist in the execution of other tasks from time to time.
