    Position Summary

    We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the marketing team, supporting departments, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. You will be responsible for executing our marketing strategy on a day-to-day basis.

    Responsibilities

    Marketing Strategy:

    • Work with leadership to develop digital marketing strategy.
    • Execute and manage the day-to-day process of all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Create and manage quarterly, monthly, and weekly editorial calendars
    • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
    • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies to help increase brand reach and awareness.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

    Brand Messaging

    • Designs, builds, and maintains our web and social media presence across our various online platforms.
    • Develop strategies that drive customers to our websites and social media platforms to convert into potential customers.

    Performance Management

    • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI's and KPI's).
    • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
    • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
    • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

    Team Management

    • Oversee management of updates, design, and user experience on all digital channels
    • Oversee production of all presentation material
    • Oversee all website builds both for corporate entities as well as individual properties.
    • Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
    • Ensures job results by counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    • Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
    • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing or related field, preferably with an emphasis in digital marketing.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, within the real estate industry a plus.
    • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels as well as A/B and multivariate experiments.
    • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
    • Creating and maintaining client relationships, coaching and subordinate involvement & managing processes.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
    • Able to develop budgets
    • Familiar with financial planning and strategy
