    Job Description

    • Leads the development and delivery of a robust Public Relations strategy for a portfolio of brands, or aids the development of these strategies through expert technical support
    • Oversees all internal and external communications for functions and brands
    • Leads the development of local press release for material information in relation to brands in support of Senior Leaders
    • Champions and oversees the creation of strong external relationships and partnerships with relevant stakeholders such as policymakers/advisors, patient advocacy groups, clinical experts and professional societies.
    • Build strategic relationships with Philippine government officials, policy-makers, embassies, trade associations, NGOs, and partners in alignment with business priorities
    • Gather intelligence, provides strategic analysis, guidance, and insight that helps the business understand the evolving healthcare landscape and guide business opportunities to successfully deliver the strategy and ensure a sustainable business that brings benefits for patients and value to stakeholders
    • Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Compliance/ Legal and Market Access, KAM Teams to achieve company goals
    • Briefs and empowers senior leaders, including the Country President and relevant commercial or functional leaders, to represent therapy area-specific objectives to exterDevelop and execute activities together with the industries such as roundtables, briefings, seminars, workshops to reflect priorities where possible, including various trade and commerce chambers, pharmaceutical industry and other local and regional associations where appropriate with focus on healthcare.
    • Develops policy-shaping strategies and patient activation partnerships in line with enterprise and therapeutic area priorities.
    • Create Advocacy and Policy Intervention for defined TA , Consensus development , National Guidelines etc.
    • Engage with stakeholder agencies on policies impacting pharmaceuticals e.g. PNF listing MDRP, taxnal partners.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in communications or a business-related field
    • Considerable experience in one or more areas of communications or Corporate or External affairs
    • Expertise in one or more area of internal or external corporate communications
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry . Experience managing Public Relations or Communications in a number of brands and at different stages of the lifecycle
    • Understanding and experience of digital and social media
