    Online company looking for an experienced and passionate SEO Specialist to handle our growing SEO demand–coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research, and website content production. This role will focus on day-to-day SEO tasks, executing the SEO plan, collaborating with the rest of the marketing team and updating the website content thru our custom-built CMS. The SEO Specialist reports to the SEO Manager and provides project updates and task status on a regular basis.

    The SEO Specialist is an analytical and perceptive professional who has good communication skills and is able to collaborate with various teams. Up-to-date knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role. Your goal is to ensure that all essential website pages and content are search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company's profitability.

    Responsibilities

    ● Keep SEO projects organized, monitor ongoing SEO tasks and ensure timely delivery of SEO requirements

    ● Participate in the planning, implementation, management and monitoring of the organization's websites

    ● Collect data and generate reports for key metrics such as traffic, rankings and other SEO-related data

    ● Analyze and utilize SEO data to provide insights and actionable items, recommend optimization for website and landing page content or technical aspects

    ● Conduct keyword research, organize and regularly update the file

    ● Conduct regular content audits to improve website searchability by identifying valuable SEO pages, missing content, eliminating redundant and/or duplicate information, ensure the website contents' accuracy of information

    ● Create SEO content brief or outline to guide writers on content writing tasks

    ● Review SEO content submitted by content writers and ensure that SEO best practices are applied

    ● Review and recommend fixes for technical SEO issues such as crawling, accessibility, indexing and on-page, including implementation and updating of metadata and schema

    ● Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns

    ● Regularly update website SEO content via our own custom CMS

    ● Maintain a monthly SEO calendar and regularly publish blog content via our own custom CMS

    ● Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations

    ● Be familiar with the brand guidelines to ensure that the website is using the correct branding elements

    ● Report to the website owner for any issues or bugs

    ● Collaborate with the design, content and dev team to implement new strategies and technology, improving website performance metrics and user experience

    ● Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, industry best practices, website trends, competitor websites, and digital marketing trends

    Requirements

    ● Minimum of 2 yrs professional experience as an SEO Specialist (or similar role)

    ● Candidate must have a genuine interest in SEO concepts and Digital Marketing

    ● Working with a multinational team means excellent English and communication skills are required

    ● Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console

    ● Experience with updating website content using CMS

    ● Understanding of Search Engine Optimization and Keyword Analysis tools

    ● Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices

    ● Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage

    ● Expertise in utilizing spreadsheets for organizing data is an advantage

    ● Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMrush, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)

    ● Experience in SEMRush preferred

    ● Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude

    ● BSc/BA in Information Technology, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related
