- Welcome customers when they enter the store.
- Assist customers in locating products by going through the inventory.
- Pack items, prepare orders prior to delivery or pick up by customers.
- Ensure packed items are complete and of good quality.
- Assist in ensuring that display freezers are properly loaded.
- Assist customers in completing purchases.
- Answer customer inquiries over the phone or in-person.
- Assist in preparation of Sales Invoices.
- Check prepared items to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Monitor inventory and notify OS Coordinator when items need to be restocked.
- Build customer relationships.
- Perform tasks that may be assigned by direct supervisor.
- High School Graduate / Vocational Course/ College Level
- Experience in sales is a plus factor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm with difficult customers.
- Good communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Customer-focused, result-oriented, and team player.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
