    • Responsible for collating, summarizing and analyzing work hours for weekly payroll based on office

    biometrics and if necessary, manual time logging;
    • To periodically submit weekly payroll summaries, including OT requests for approval to the HRDAA Head

    prior to release of payroll;
    • To coordinate closely with the HR Team on taking into account any leaves, loans, or other salary

    adjustments necessary for sound payroll accounting;
    • To assist in the management and tracking of day to day cash transactions requested for and required by

    company staff in order to perform their daily duties;
    • To assist the Accounting Team in encoding and reporting work, most especially when complying with

    requirements needed to perform monthly audits;
    • To enroll new employees to our BDO Cash Card payroll program to ensure safety in remittance of

    company-issued wages to all regular and contract-based employees
    • Supporting role for both the Collection Officer and Accounting Supervisor
    • Ensures that all transactions made are accompanied by proper supporting documents, where necessary

    and appropriate, for approval or checking by the Head of HRDAA.
    • As an administrative officer, to provide assistance to various functions of the HRDAA Department with

    regards to staff documentation, permitting work, issuances of violations, and performance review work;
    • To develop good rapport and relationships with your supervisor, peers and clients and be a good team
