ABOUT THE ROLE
As a NetSuite Administrator, you will configure and maintain the software to maximize workflow and achieve business goals. You will collaborate with various internal teams and franchisees to identify and prioritize NetSuite enhancements that align with our business needs. Your responsibilities will encompass solution design, development, testing, and deployment, along with configuring NetSuite modules and managing system integrations. You'll also provide support to users, ensure compliance with standards, offer training, and deliver insightful reports.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Oversee NetSuite integration, implementation, testing, configuration, and
post implementation and maintenance support.
Maintain a current pulse on NetSuite updates and functionality to support the business
as well as identify operational optimization opportunities.
Manage NetSuite integration partnerships to facilitate cross-partner collaboration.
Create, test, and deploy configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet
evolving business needs.
Provide on-going systems and technical support to users, including training and
maintaining proper system access for all roles within the NetSuite system.
Provide users with the setup of relevant reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
Develop a strong understanding of the operational flows through NetSuite.
Recommend changes to business processes and system configurations.
Provide support to debug and troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate
with NetSuite developer(s) or team on issues that cannot be initially resolved.
Perform functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance, and
business process testing for NetSuite maintenance, which includes managing custom
fields, forms, records, workflows, and user roles to support business requirements.
Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance.
Manage user adoption and system usage.
Periodically support other IT systems and support for the organization as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
Three to five years of hands-on experience with NetSuite customizations and
data migration.
Extensive experience as a Business Systems C Data Analyst.
Strong Excel skills to support data manipulation including X-look up.
Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model.
Experience in designing, modifying, and creating business processes that will be used
to implement technology solutions and roadmaps.
Working knowledge of CSV imports, user provisioning, report analytics, and scheduling scripts.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks and manage time to deliver results on requests.
Ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines.
Confidently provide support and user training across departments.
Strong understanding of planning, system audits, and reporting.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
NICE TO HAVE
NetSuite Administrator Certification.
Accounting / FPCA Background
Experience with creating custom in-depth workflows C script deployment execution.
