    Role Requirements & Skills:

    NetSuite:

    • Basic knowledge of core processes in NetSuite Order to Cash, Design to Build, Procure to Pay, Record to Report
    • Ability to properly research issues for customers to understand who might best assist
    • Module and functional knowledge of the capabilities of NetSuite (not necessarily how, but what it can and cannot do)
    • Ability to manage customer expectations and align to internal resources meeting Nuage obligations to the customers.
    • Ability to develop deep and meaningful relationships with customers.

    General:

    • Work with SSM to identify opportunities to further serve our customers.
    • Work with the intake specialists to clearly define objectives and goals of the Stratus contract.
    • Deliver upon the goals identified at the beginning of the Stratus contract.
    • Daily administration of work packets, resource management and resource assignment of tasks.
    • Serve as the primary support initiation process for assigned customers.
    • Communication managed with customers and internally with consulting team.
    • Collaborative assignment of work packet due dates and holding consulting team accountable to dates.
    • Achieve customer goals as outlined in the Stratus Contract.
    • Send Quarterly NPS Customer Surveys
