- Be an active participant in the corporate/operations team and contribute to its overall success by reliably grooming, estimating, and executing stories/tasks related to NetSuite.
- Be a SME (subject matter expert) for our NetSuite application.
- Work as partner of the Billing Ops team to ensure that daily operations run uninterrupted and meet the business objectives.
- Assist in the management of security, GDPR and SOX related process, controls, and requests.
- Provide quick-turn-around responses to ad-hoc project and data queries.
- Heavily involved in the resolution of NetSuite production issues and efforts toward solutions
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and participate in deploying/validating change sets in sandboxes and Production environments.
- This position will be assigned a Night shift schedule (7 pm to 4 am or 8 pm to 5 am)
- 2 + years of NetSuite Administration experience.
- BS or BA in Computer Science or Equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work efficiently with a distributed team of NetSuite Administrators to ensure required change coordination and management.
- Familiar with the SaaS BillingPlatform(BP).
- Familiar with Coupa or other expense management application
- Familiar with JIRA and Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Ability to work independently and remain flexible and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
