    ICAP, part of TP ICAP group, provides a wide variety of execution and information services to wholesale market participants.

    We offer broking services covering a wide range of asset classes, including Commodities, Credit, Equities, FX, Money Market Funds and Rates.

    For each asset class, ICAP offers e-trading capability, giving clients the option to enter prices and execute trades directly via one of our hybrid electronic trading systems, or to engage with brokers who can identify and negotiate trades

    Job duties:
    • This role would be part of the APAC HR Operations team, covering full employee life cycle transactions and processes for all APAC centres
    • Handle day-to-day HR operations and transactions for the full employee life cycle. Ensure consistent and accurate work in HR Operations, such as filing, background screening, processing documents, preparing new employee files, maintaining HR via Workday system and updating employment data.
    • Handle maintenance of employment letters including amendment of contract and update of contract tracker.
    • Manage employee leave tracking in Workday, including adding manual lieu days.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process including personal information collection, compliance sessions and provision of induction packs to new joiners.
    • Managing offboarding procedures including termination letters, accrued annual leave, calculation, tax clearance and exit interviews.
    • Maintain electronic personal files for all employees, ensuring accurate storage of contracts, letters and relevant documents
    • Handle employee relation matters, grievances, as well as address basic employee concerns
    • Prepare monthly/ad-hoc reporting and fulfil all statutory reporting requirements
    • Provide support for HR-driven projects and programs
    • Other projects or duties as assigned

    Person Specification

    Experience

    • At least 3 years' experience in HR Operations including onboarding, maintenance of employee files and data
    • Skilled in Microsoft applications Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc)
    • Maintain a sound knowledge of Philippines employment registrations, good knowledge of application of work passes for expatriates
    • Energetic and able to work independently as well as great sense of ownership
    • Possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills
