Comprehensive technical documentation, plans and reportsBackup and recovery planning.Maintain data standards and security, including adherence to the Data Policy ActEnforce security measure, data encryption and control data accessRoot cause analysis of data-related issuesManage servers in large-scale, geographically distributed environments.
Collaboration with application teams during developmentDatabase Programming & Application( SQL, MongoDB, Redis).Design, develop, test, implement new and existing databases.Analyze and resolve database performance bottlenecks, slow queries, and resource issues.
Provide expert troubleshooting support and proactively improve database and server performanceQualifications:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalentProven work experience as a Database AdministratorExtensive experience in MSSQL Administration and SQL server tools configuration, and administration.
Experience in using 3rd party frameworks, API's and Web Services.Experience/Knowledgeable with Microsoft SQL, NoSQL, Cassandra, scyllaDB, Redis, Postgres, MariaDB, AWS RDS and Apache KafkaDeep understanding of cloud-based application development and deploymentAn understanding of information legislation, such as the Data Policy Act.
