Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at The Moment Group of Restaurants located in Quezon City. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. The Sous Chef will ensure that high-quality dishes are consistently delivered, kitchen operations are efficient, and food safety standards are maintained. Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for culinary excellence are essential for this role.
