    We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Developer who can work with a fast moving and global team to deploy innovative solutions for analytically-drive, omni-channel customer engagement on top of Salesforce across our entire customer base. You will analyze and understand customer needs, propose and recommend solutions with all members of the team, and then develop and deploy the best solutions. You must be a creative and critical thinker, a collaborate and motivated team player, and have a passion for innovating and developing technology. You will iterate quickly and deliver in a fast-paced and agile environment with an attention to detail.
    Job Tasks:
  • Design and build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs.
  • Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Develop custom applications using Salesforce. com and integrating with other systems
  • Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
  • Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging
  • Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 80% code coverage
  • Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production
    Requirements:
  • 2 + years of experience working on configuration, development, and implementation of application (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience in designing, coding, and implementing APEX code Triggers, Classes, Components, etc, Visualforce and Lightning components, SOQL and SOSL languages, Scheduled, and Batch classes and the Salesforce API framework
  • Knowledge of front-end development - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Leverage AI, analytics and automation to push the boundaries of Salesforce and help enhance customer engagement and optimize agent performance.
  • Design and develop seamless UI/UX to maximize agent performance.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other applications and systems across marketing, service, and reporting.
  • Strong desire to learn. You are energized when new features and technologies become available and eager to understand them and maximize their potential.
  • Develop and ensure security best practices and compliance.
  • Provide daily support of solution implementations.
  • Platform Developer I or II Certificate is a plus
  • Experience working with Talend ETL or similar is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their interaction with business processes
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
