    Position:
    CC & Chargeback Lead/SupervisorSalary: PHP 35,000/monthLocation: Makati City

    Job Overview:
    Overseeing Credit Card (CC) and Chargeback processes, the CC & Chargeback Lead/Supervisor manages a team for accuracy. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, Accounts Receivable experience, SAP/Oracle proficiency, and a background in Banking and Finance. Strong communication skills are crucial for collaboration.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Supervise CC and Chargeback processes.
    Ensure compliance with policies.
    Provide leadership and training.
    Organize staff for optimal performance.
    Implement measures for accuracy.
    Conduct regular audits.
    Generate reports on transactions.
    Provide regular reports to management.
    Utilize SAP/Oracle for transaction processing.
