This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Job Description:

Designing original artwork including illustrations, brand, sales, general trade, offset printing, print/magazine ads, website and all marketing collaterals.
General ideas to portray concepts and advertise products.
Create user friendly design to boost increase of followers through digital media posting to all Social Networking sites.
Maintain and ensures brand consistency in all marketing projects.
Collaboration with Graphic Artist, Multimedia Artist, Copywriters and Marketers
Sustain technical knowledge through continuous participation to various design workshops and professional societies.
Guarantees operation of equipment by completing everyday preventive requirements.
Supervise, monitor and counter check the Graphic Designers artwork and output

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
Monitor market and consumer trends
Develop pricing and distribution strategies
Must have experience in crafting sell our campaigns: for both new and maintenance.
Can craft thematic campaign that will help drive sales.
Willing to work onsite in Ermita, Manila. Monday-Fridays.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
5+ years' brand management or marketing experience
