Job summary

The executive assistant will provide administrative support such as drafting business correspondences and official communications on behalf of the executive. They will also manage the executive's calendar, prioritize urgent and important appointments, generate reports as required by the executive, take minutes of meetings and record keeping of various records and documents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support such as drafting business correspondences and official communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Constant communication with the executive's stakeholders to secure business meetings/appointments.
  • Manage the executive's calendar prioritizing urgent and important ones.
