    Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Staff member. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business or a related field, and bring experience specifically in processing permits and other compliance tasks of gasoline stations. Strong computer literacy and excellent writing skills are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently process various permits (mostly done online but may sometimes involve field work) and handle related administrative tasks.
    • Maintain and manage digital and physical filing systems.
    • Good working knowledge of the processing of government-mandated employee benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig)
    • Draft and edit correspondence and documents with attention to detail.
    • Support other administrative functions as required.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Good working knowledge in permits processing and administration.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent written communication abilities.
    Work Schedule:
    • Mondays to Fridays, flexible working hours (we welcome those who are pursuing further studies)
    Negotiable salary; Indicate expected salary in application.
