    Duties And Responsibilities

    Executive Assistant Role
    • Email Management
    • Calendar Management
    • Client Coordination
    • Data Entry
    • Phone Calls
    • Other Ad Hoc tasks
    • General Admin Tasks
    • Project management
    • Preparing systems documentation and manuals, as well as database and file management
    • Doing research on particular data, topics, and products

    Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
    • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Proficient with different software package (MS Office, Google Suite, Calendar, and similar apps)
    • High accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks accurately.
    • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Organized and good time management skills.
    • Willing to work on AU shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)
    • Interested applicants must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
