    Job Description

    We are looking for experienced Graphic Designers and Social Media Managers to plan, create, and implement social media and marketing initiatives for Real Estate agents, as well as assist with various administrative tasks.

    Real Estate experience is preferred, but not required.

    Responsibilities

    • Diversifying lead flow and lead generation through digital marketing efforts.
    • Exhibit strong graphic design and video editing skills to produce visually compelling content.
    • Conduct comprehensive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keyword research to identify highpotential keywords related to real estate, property types, and locations.
    • Enhance visuals through skilled editing using Final Cut Pro and Insta360 Studio for both photos and videos
    • Paid social media ad management and optimization.
    • Optimize property listings, web pages, and blog posts for search engines, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content.
    • Create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital posters, listing presentations, etc.).
    • Social media management and engagement. Update all Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media posts and respond to followers.
    • Creating Instagram Reels and stories
    • Generating infographics and video content ideas.
    • Managing Squarespace
    • Growth in social media reach and connecting with investors over social media
    Requirements

    • Graduated with a 3year or 4year Bachelor's degree
    • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
    • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a timetracking application
    • Social media management and/or marketing experience
    • Experience using Insta360 Studio, Final Cut Pro, and Canva
    • SEO, Squarespace, and Google Business Page experience
    • Advanced photo and video editing experience, graphic design experience
    • Passion for digital marketing with an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Professionallevel English (written and verbal/voice)
    • Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
    • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
