- Review residential appraisal reports to ensure the collateral adheres to JP Morgan guidelines
- Review single family homes, multi-family properties, condominiums, and cooperatives
- To conduct sound decisions within required timeframes and in conformance with JP Morgan policy and regulatory requirements
- Ensure to communicate the decision (approval/denial) to the credit underwriter and market partners
- Responsible for fee reconciliation relative to initial disclosure
- Reviews Order Environmental Risk Management as necessary
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in mortgage lending, underwriting and appraisal/collateral review.
- The candidate should be detail-oriented.
- The candidate must possess strong analytic skills and have problem solving capabilities.
- Individual must be able to work in a high production environment while meeting or exceeding agreed upon targets for volume, timing and quality.
- Must have a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork to contribute to high-performing teams through development of self and others.
