    Key Responsibilities:


    • Develop end to end delivery plan in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Temenos, SI vendor etc) and drive execution of the plan

    Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including bank executives, department heads, Temenos representatives, and third-party vendors.


    • Ensure regular communication and manage expectations effectively.
    • Coordinate with Temenos and SI vendor to ensure that their products and services align with project objectives and timelines.
    • Manage contractual agreements and service level expectations
    Tracking overall progress and making adjustments as needed to keep the delivery on track.


    • Identify risks and issues, surface them to the program leadership and work with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigation actions
    Regularly update key stakeholders on the progress, risks, issues etc.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years' relevant work experience
    • Experience in delivering large scale Temenos Transact implementations for Secured and
    • Unsecured Loans for Retail and Commercial banking; experience in Philippines market in similar roles a plus
    • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
    Amenable to work on-site for 5 days (Ortigas, Pasig City)
