- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Developing strategies to meet the planned goals.
- Setting individual targets with the sales team, comparing performance to goals, and calibrating sales personnel to meet actual and adjusted goals.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
- Understand ideal clients and how they relate to the products.
- Study the market share, market leads and strategize the operations of the sales team based on the study.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of proven experience in sales.
- Proven ability to lead the team to meet quotas.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.

- Basic understanding of Sales Principles and Customers.

- Proficiency in English and Business Language.
