    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Sales Manager at Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) located in Taguig. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities in the region, including developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with dealerships, and analyzing market trends. The role will require effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales and management
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
    • Knowledge of the automotive industry and market
    • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • At least two (2) years experience in Automotive and Handling Sales in the same industry
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
