About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading Japanese consumer goods importer and distributor here in the Philippines.

Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for further growth and expansion.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer buying pattern.
Establish, grow and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
Support in training and developing the sales staff on product expertise, sales techniques, and customer service.
Implement sales promotions, incentives, and campaigns to drive product awareness, sales and overall good inventory health.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the National Sales Manager:

Must have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role (sales + trade marketing)

Highly strategic and a problem- solver

Amenable to work with the organization's current lean team and open to it's growth

Good to have if the candidate has been with a similar organization and has good experience in working closely with the business owners, as well as has a go-getter attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
