- Answer and resolve employee compensation concerns and benefits-related problems, orient new hires, and process enrollment forms, changes, and loan requests
- Process filing of employees' maternity, sickness, and other benefits with SSS and ensure complete requirement and document submissions
- Compute other benefits (leave conversions, maternity, sickness, etc.)
- Compute employee payroll (as a backup processor) and update employee records
- Manage government-mandated and company-sponsored benefits, including loans and allowances
- Process and endorse new hires in securing mandatory requirements such as Tax Identification Number, Philhealth, SSS, and HDMF numbers, etc.
- Endorse newly regularized employees to HMO
- Assist in communicating information on benefits programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures to employees
- Prepare final pay documentation to be released to resignees
- Perform other tasks assigned by the ESS head
- Assign and monitor tasks on Asana based on email requests
- Prepare purchase orders and purchase items via phone calls, e-mail, or in-person visits
- Handle internal and external stock requests and queries and proactively manage inbound deliveries to eliminate risk
- File documents related to purchases such as quotations, company profiles, and purchase orders
- Make payments through bank deposits
- Monitor and maintain healthy stock inventory levels
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or other related course
- At least two years of proven work experience in compensation and benefits
- At least six months of experience in purchasing and inventory
- Knowledge of statutory guidelines and benefits
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, HRIS, and other related applications and platforms
- Initiative in continuously seeking and driving improvements
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work on-site for at least two days
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
