    Job Summary:

    Demonstrated familiarity with investment and product research and financial modeling/analysis.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities, including potential target companies, transaction structures, and valuations, formulate investment strategies, and conduct due diligence.
    • Identify and contact potential clients for inbound and outbound M&A transactions, work closely with counter parties, investment banks, and legal teams to drive the execution of mergers and acquisitions, including negotiation, transaction structuring, drafting contracts, and proposals for M&A transactions and business investment opportunities
    • Conduct market research, understand industry trends and competitive landscapes, and provide data-driven insights for investment decisions.
    • Collaborate closely with team members to develop and implement investment strategies and ensure the achievement of team goals.
    • Developing and reviewing financial models within broadly defined guidelines
    • Prepare Support Senior Management in ad hoc projects across the team

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
    • A professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or Valuation such as CPA, and CFA. Work-in-progress towards these qualifications will also be considered
    • Minimum of years working experience in valuation, or transaction advisory services, or in analytical positions from appraisal firms, banks or other financial institutions
    • Possess initiative and strong work ethics with the ability to work independently and under pressure
    • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to collaborate with various parties to drive successful completion of transactions

    Good to have:

    • Experience in the entertainment industry or digital business, gained from financial institutions or professional firms
